In 2023, the research focused on the analysis of the dynamic system features. The dataset for learning unknown characteristics of such systems was prepared and published. The methods for adaptive dwell time for eye-typing and upsampling eye movement signals were developed.

In 2021 - 2022, the application of eye movement signals for biometric identification and controlling computer systems was studied. Additionally, judging qualification, gender, and age of the observer based on gaze patterns when looking at faces was analysed.

In 2017 and 2018, my research focused on the characteristics of the eye movement signal, explored with the usage of Time Series Analysis. The aim of these studies was to reveal eye movements dynamic nature based on horizontal and vertical velocity. The application of eye tracking methods in medicine and in the diagnosis and therapy of visual impairments with special focus on problems in children, also with intellectual disabilities, were studied as well. Additionally, the possibility of differentiating between experts and laymen in radiology field and usefulness of eye tracking methods in the assessment of a level of dental imperfection were investigated. Furthermore, the widely-available software was developed, providing implementation of various calibration methods, strategies for training and test sets preparation and methods for their evaluation.

Studies carried out in years 2015 and 2016 concerned mainly the development of eye tracking methods. Among analysed issues, an implicit calibration and the usage of uncalibrated data were examined. Additionally, possibilities of eye movements application in medcine and for user interfaces assessment as well as utilization in biometrics identification were checked. Moreover, a new method for eye movement visualisation, providing the possibility for both temporal and spatial features presentation, was searched for. One paper was devoted to problems regarding the migration of data from relational to NoSQL databases.
